Small green book entitled “Beach’s ‘Common Sense.’ ” It has a picture of a man standing next to luggage holding a little booklet. Underneath him reads: “Traveler’s Expense Book for Monthly Report.” Inside, each day of the month has been given a page for the traveler to fill in the date, all the items purchased, and their respective amounts for the whole day. These include all meals, hotel fare, baggage, taxi, telegraph, gas, oil, repairs, etc. There is a space for total miles traveled and the total expense for the day. In the back of this book are pages for summary. Note: No one has made any figures in this book.
