Copy of Obituary of Rear Admiral Rowcliff. He was an aide to President Theo. Roosevelt and President Taft. A native Peoria person. He joined the NAvy in 1898. Was the first Peoria sailor to reach the rank of Admiral. Buried at Arlington Cemetery.
