Page 361 muster roll states that James J.A.T. Dixon was put in Co. H, 146 Reg't Illinois Infantry and he is 36 years old. Muster roll in Springfield, IL, July 5, 1865. He was last paid to final statement given and discharged January (?) 1865 to receive promotion to chaplain by order of Major General Hooker. Copyist Marsh
