Marriage Certificate of Adam Erion and Mary Reisenberg

STATE OF ILLINOIS,
PEORIA COUNTY;
Office of the Clerk of the County Court,
Peoria, Ill. June 5th 1867
I, John D. McClure Clerk of the County Court in
and for said County of Peoria and State of Illinois, Do Hereby Certify that
Mr Adam Erion was duly Married to
Mip Mary Reisenburg on the 23rd
day of October A.D, 1866 by Henry
Bor”s, Catholic Priest as the same appears of
record in my office.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto sel my hand and official
seal, at Peoria, this Fifth day
of June A.D. 1867

The seal is displayed in the bottom left hand corner over a stamp of President George Washington.
The back of the certificate has been taped where the creases of the folds tore the page slightly – presumably this taping was done by the donor.
