Waist band has buttonholes that attache to an underbodice. 4″ pleated ruffle(self material) around bottom. Fringe sewn onto front of skirt in apron effect. Ruffle is piped and bound with solid color blue fabric.Wool challis, silk; cream colored ground with blue/green design fully lined with a black and white print.
