Dress is printed voile, ecru background with brown roses. Dropped shoulders with long puffed sleeves shirred at wrists and fast with tiny button and loop. Large skirt is fashioned to go over hoops and bustle. Has 6″ hem protector tape sewn around bottom. All hand sewn.
