A color photo showing the results of a fire at the garage where the buses for the Illinois Highway Transportation Co. were most likely stored. The building is white with blue tile and all that can be seen of the sign is “Illinois” and “Buses.” The garage doors are up and there are barricades blocking vehicles from going inside. In the lower left corner is a yellow truck (probably a fire truck or emergency vehicle). There is a “FOR SALE” sign on the building from Commercial National Realty.
