35mm color slide of the large brick red vat at the corner of one of the distillation buildings at Hiram Walker Distillery in Peoria. Similar shot to that found in 2011.59.201. The photograph is taken down an internal road in the distillery, and it is a vertical view of the vat. To the right of the frame is a red brick building with few windows. Beyond that building is the vat connected to a large red brick building with many windows, possibly where the actual distillation takes place. There is a large gray concrete building in the left background. Bridges connect a couple of the buildings over the road. The date is imprinted on the left side of the frame, MAR 64. The number 8 is stamped faintly in black ink in the bottom left corner of the frame. The right side of the frame has the red “MASTER” stamp on it, and the number 33 is written in pencil over the “M”. The back indicates on its right side in a blue emblem that this slide was processed at Wards.
