ii) Daily Service Sheet example. Notes taken on how to fill the sheet out (written in blue). Back has service listings according to service number and type within the service number. Folded in middle.

iii) State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services Volunteer Services Application. Not filled out. Folded in middle. One sided application.

iv) Objectives, dated August 1, 1973. States the purpose of the Department of Children and Family Services and ten priority objectives. Stapled (upper left), three pages, single-sided. Typed. Folded in middle. Notes for Tucker Family Business Account Book are taken on page three in pencil and ink. The dates range from 1923-6.
