This is the Japanese Captain who dropped the bombs on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941. Dec. 1960 he was a resident of Berkley, California, where he was studying to enter the ministry. He planned to receie the Degree in Theology. He had a speaking engagement in December 1960, here in Peoria. On the Autograph, in Japanese Language, is a quote from Luke 23 verse 34.
