D. W. McWilliams transferred the notes and Trust Deed to Frederick Marquand and Marquand transferred the notes and Trust Deed to Robert G. Ingersoll (who paid $4400.00), and Robert G. Ingersoll transferred them to E. C. Ingersoll in the last assignment — tantamount to a release. Both appear on this document bearing dates April 3,1866, March 5, 1867, and March 15, 1867. There was a residence on this lot in those years.
