This is the certificate that Charles Hubert Jones received when he was honorable discharged from the US Navy.

On the front side it is the traditional US Navy certificate look. Mr. Jones was a Seaman First Class and was discharged from the US Naval Personal Separation Center in Great Lakes, IL. He was discharged on Jan. 17, 1946. It was signed by E. E. Heidorn, Lieutenant USNR.

On the back it has Mr. Jones’ history in the navy. It gives his birth date, entry date, vessels and stations served on, ranking, and medals. This side was signed by G. P. Lawrence, ENS.
