This is a copy of the lease dated Sept. 29, 1857. It was filed Oct. 17, 1857. Charles S. Clarke of Peoria, Peoria County, IL signed and gave the lease. It was to Aaron Oakford and John Wilson of Peoria, Peoria County, IL. The Lease was for twenty feet off the north side of Lot six in Range one in Mills Addition to the City of Peoria by seventy- five feet in depth commencing at and running from a point of said leased premises on the south side there of on North Fayette street from the twelfth day of February, 1857 for and during and until the full term of five years from date of this instrument for the sum of $100.00 annually payable quarterly. There was no witness.
