This files contains correspondence bewteen the Tri-County Riverfront Action Forum, Mr. Tip Bone, Village of Peoria Heights, and The First National Bank of Peoria. One of the documents is a letter from Mr. Bone that was written to Mr. Meinin. Mr. Bone was wanting the Tri-County Riverfront Action Forum to pruchase a plot of land that was being sold by a Mr. Eugene O. Schwing. This was happening in the early 1980s.
