a) “Started on Envelope”, notes on work and people. Dates of December 9 and 15, 1938 listed. Found between cover and cover page.

b) No date, numbers 25.06 in upper right corner with small calculations in the bottom right corner. Center is a note on “M.S. before the numbers on…State service but can go where ever boundary lines into other countries…” Found between pages for dates January 16-29, 1939.
