This is a pamphlet that explains what went on with the Peoria Advertising and Selling Club at the Hotel Pere Marquette during one of there weekly luncheon. They were given a tour of each deparement of the Hotel and information about the Hotel industry. When it came time for lunch they ened up serving lunch to the banquet waitresses that normally would have been serving them. This happened on October, 25th ca.1940.

On the reverse side of the pamphlet the Hotel Pere Marquette gives two Holiday recipes, Broiled Mushroom Puffs and Swiss Fruit Kuchen.
