This is a program for the celebration of 15th Anniversary of the relationship with Peoria’s sister city in Germany, Friedrichshafen. This celebration was at the Civic Center Theatre Lobby on Sept. 26, 1991. James A. Maloof was the Mayor of Peoria during this celebration.
