This is a study that was done by the Peoria Lakes Basin Alliance. It entitled Waterfront Inventory Peoria Lakes & Basin. The goal of the study was to compile a comprehensive inventory to identify sensitive/endangered sites along the Peoria Lakes and the Illinois River that are currently privately-owned with the aim of protecting these sites either by placing them in public ownership or by establishing protection measures such as conservation elements. It looks like it was printed from a personal word processing program. The last two pages are a copy of a letter that was sent to Mayor Meyer of the Bayview Gardens.
