Sent to John Reynolds Morron – Tribute of Respect to our late Friend and Associate Daniel Willard adopted by a rising vote of the President and Directors of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company at a meeting held in New York City on the 15th day of July 1942 and was presented to Mrs. Willard with a note conveying to her our sympathy in her bereavement.
