King James Bible printed in Great Britian in 1939. Originally had wooden covers.

On the title page is hand written, “1619 = 240 after – 1/2 millon of our boys in 4 years – 20 slaves”

This bible looks much older at first glance. It is printed on high acid paper and the plywood cover further damaged and stained the paper. Since this bible was printed in 1939 the hand writting is rather meaningless.
