In the lower Right corner it reads “Brewed at Peoria Heights ILL. Brewery Also in Milwaukee WIS.” The logo of a leaf with a “B” in the center is at the center of the top of the label. Along the edges of the leaf it reads “Trade Mark.” At the bottom of the label is the text “Bottled at the Brewery.” There are two small rips on the upper right side of the label and one large rip and one small rip out of the left side of the label. On the bottom of the bottle is stamped “8 19”
