This is a typical round old clock with alarm mechanism at top corner of object. It is surmounted by a single, painted bell. Loop at top corner above alarm mechanism for carrying. The clock legs are missing. Time on clock is 12:24 and 30 seconds. The face with numbers on it has shifted slightly clockwise. Found knobs on reverse side. Made by Waterbury Clock Company.
