A blue Sandy’s Quick Chiller cup. Sandy’s was a fast food restaurant created to give McDonald’s a run for its money. Sandy’s first location opened on Sheridan Road in Peoria, IL on August 8th, 1958. In 1978 Sandy’s merged with Hardee’s in order to stay afloat. The quick chiller cup has a picture of a Eskimo with the Sandy’s logo under it on one side. On the other side are the words, “Quick Chiller,” with the Sandy’s logo under it. The bottom of the cup is stamped, “Cambro Manufacturing Co. Huntington Calif. 1600.”
