Navy linen like fabric dress appears to be hand made, twenty pearl like buttons, metal hook & eye at waist, metal snap at front neck, stitched pocket like panels atfront under waist on each side of buttons, skirt has four gore panels in front and four gor panels in back, self fabric bent, set in 3/4 sleeves with three tucks at elbows, V neckline, self fabris leak like sewn on with overcast stitch withseam in middle of leaf.
