Mr. Howard was a professor at Bradley University for 36 years. He was a fromer member of the Peoria Symphony, Peoria Municipal Band, and the Bradley Community Chorus and Orchestra. He won numerous awards for being an educator and self-taught painter. Has been used as the Riverfront Visitors Center after relocation to S.W. Water Street.
