An approx. 60cm. long triangular maroon felt pendant with the word, “PEORIA,” painted in cream letters from top to bottom. A the top it is 20cm.wide and tapers to a 2mm. wide end. At the top there are pieces of ribbon tied at each end. the ribbon on the right side is slightly longer then the one on the left.
