This oval ironstone platter has a cream colored ground. The border is composed of brown and blue-painted panels and alternating circular medallions with roses in each.
This platter has the impressed mark: “Brownfield & Sons – Ivory” and a 2 over 83.
The majority of the pieces in this set were broken in shipment.
