Short plastic dark green handle with curved chrome head. Head has razors on TL and TR, and metal “comb” at front of head. Box is ailligator leather, red leather on top, on back, and on bottom. Empty compartment in box.

Appears to be an early Gillette Open Comb razor with an aftermarket handle.
