She is wearing a striped blouse with puffed sleeves, collar, and floral broach. She has on a plain dark skirt with belt. There are dark gloves (fingerless) on her hands, and she is wearing a large hat with feathers, ruffles, etcetera. There is an umbrella on her left (image right), and she is seated on a bench with friezes and ornate borders. On green speckled cardstock that reads, “Huntington, Bradford, Illinois” on the bottom in embossed letters inked white. Found in the top slot of a two-image page. There is no image in the bottom slot (eighteenth slot). Caption identifies the woman as Phoebe Ann Winnard.
