There is also a red check mark in the bottom right corner. Along the bottom is written “4-1” in pencil. The left side has a sticker on it marked in blue ink with “5 659 D4”. There was another sticker below that at one point, but the numbers are not visible. The stickers also cover the printed “Made in U.S.A.” stamp.
